Company History
The Brown Company first opened its doors in 2007, by Mel & Pam Brown. It was during this time in ’07 that many local businesses in the Findlay, OH area needed assistance with their sorting and rework needs. TBC was happy to accommodate many of these businesses by initially offering these services. We quickly went onto build a reputation for being a reliable, accountable and quality-driven company that provided quality product to those in need. Shortly after its inception, The Brown Company expanded its expertise and began producing its world-exclusive shock absorber bag. The very idea of this product was conceived in order to deliver a product that would aid in the control of aeration of oil inside a shock absorber. An air space had to be provided in the shock absorber reservoir to accommodate the expansion of oil. Word spread quickly in the industry, and our bags that were once manufactured for US customers only, quickly went international. Today, our product can be found all over the world in many different types of applications.
What makes our Shock Absorber Bag so unique? First of all, we adhere to a strict quality management system that allows our customers the peace of mind of knowing that when they receive our bags, they are getting a product that has been tested and inspected by a highly-trained operator. As an ISO 9001:2015 registered company, we never stop ceasing to improve our processes and procedures.
Our dedicated Management Staff is here to work with each and every one of our customers, from the initial request for a quote, to shipping product directly to the customer. We are here to not only meet our customers’ expectations, but exceed them.
