As 2025 wraps up, I’ve been taking stock of what this year asked of us and what it gave back.
This year reminded me that growth is never just about output. It is trust earned, execution improved, and standards raised even when no one is watching. 2025 pushed us in ways that made us better. We adapted where we needed to, held the line where it mattered, and stayed focused on doing things the right way instead of the easy way.
Looking ahead to 2026, here is where my attention is going:
